For the first time ever, Voter Choice Massachusetts and FairVote will be co-hosting a region-wide summit to grow the Ranked Choice Voting movement throughout Massachusetts, and across New England and the greater Northeastern US. If you've been wanting to get involved for a while but weren't sure how, THIS is the event to get to.
At this Summit, you will:
Meet with other election reform leaders from across the country
Train to become a community leader on ranked choice voting
Learn how to run a ballot initiative campaign
Hear from experts in the ranked choice voting community
Connect with different election reformers to see how RCV fits into the election reform movement
Strategize with others in your state to build and grow an organization
We will be hosting a day of action on Saturday, August 11th at the Jazz and Roots Festival in Springfield [RSVP here to help the canvassing effort], where new activists will learn how to canvass from the pros during a canvasser training session at 10 am Saturday morning, and then put their skills straight to use by helping us sign up new supporters at the festival.
Then, on Sunday, August 12th, we'll be hosting a full day workshop in Holyoke at the MGHPCC building, with lectures, brainstorming sessions, and other deep strategy agenda items. Agenda will be emailed to anyone who RSVPs below!
Please also make sure to register with FairVote, so we both have confirmation of your attendance!
Let your voices be heard. Come together to save democracy.
Now more than ever, democracy needs your help.
