House Party & Pie Election for a Better Democracy

You are cordially invited to join us on the evening of November 17th for a house party in Carlisle.

The evening will include a talk by Jim Henderson, board member of Voter Choice Massachusetts and former candidate for Massachusetts Secretary of State, on the topic of Ranked Choice Voting; what is it, how does it work, and how can it make our democracy stronger in Massachusetts?

What’s a Pie Election? Sample four different pies, and have the opportunity to rank your favorite flavors in order of preference on one ballot. Then, we'll see the results tabulated in real-time using the Ranked Choice / Instant Runoff method! Featuring a selection of Thanksgiving pies from Debra’s Natural Gourmet of West Concord.

We kindly suggest a $20 donation to help fundraise for Voter Choice Massachusetts, a 501(c)(3) non-partisan organization in Mass. committed to bettering our democracy through transparent, good-government electoral reform. All donations are tax-deductible.
