Canvasser Training Session (North PV)

Canvassing events is the #1 most valuable way that we grow our RCV momentum in Massachusetts. Passing out literature and signing up supporters at live events is how you can make a difference, in helping us prepare for a 2020 ballot initiative. But, if you're not sure how to start or have never canvassed before, we'll teach you -- it's really easy! RSVP below.

At this session, we'll learn how to explain RCV in 30 seconds or less, and then practice with each other until we feel confident enough to go out and talk to new people. Here are a few helpful links to get you started in the meantime:

  1. Link to VCMA's own "About RCV" page - http://www.voterchoicema.org/about_rcv

  2. FairVote's “How RCV Works

  3. Elevator pitch to prepare trained speakers to pitch on the fly - RCV - Elevator Pitch - Adam.pdf

  4. Flyer that captures essentials, including our website, key advantages of RCV, etc. - VCMA_Flyer_v4_color.pdf
